This is a photo taken in June of 2006 of a bridge on the original Alaska Highway
over Canyon Creek in the Yukon Territory. This bridge was built in 1920;
reconstruction by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in 1942
and in 1987, reconstructed to replicated it in every detail.
